Companies we use

We use a small number of other companies to deliver our services. This is the full list, what each one does, and where your information sits.

Why this page exists

When you hire us, some of your information passes through the companies below so the work can actually happen. Your website has to be hosted somewhere, your emails have to be sent by something. The law says we should tell you who those companies are rather than leave you to guess, and give you the chance to raise it if you are not happy with one of them.

We stay responsible to you for the service overall. Using a supplier does not hand off our obligations to you.

Information that leaves the UK

Your account and onboarding information is held in the EU. Some of the companies above are based outside the UK, including SignWell in the United States. Where information leaves the UK we rely on the transfer protections the law provides, including the UK addendum to the standard contractual clauses.

When this list changes

If we want to add a new supplier that will handle your information, or swap one for another, we will email you before it starts and update this page. You then have 14 days to tell us if you object. If you do object and we cannot find a reasonable way around it, you are free to end the affected service without penalty.
